NI Model Katie Grant’s family farm fell victim to an arson attack on their henhouse in the Letalian Road area of Kilcoo Co.Down.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 02:00-03:00hrs in the morning of Sunday 10th November 2024. The investigation is ongoing and Police are concerned as this is the 3rd attack this year on their property.
“Katie posted on social media stating: Omg how cruel can some people be. For the third time, someone has burnt my family farm two hen houses in a month. I’m so so upset. Thank goodness the hens were gone. I can’t cope with this. Please SHARE and hopefully catch these horrible people.”
Anyone who observed any persons or vehicles acting suspiciously in the area around that time, or have any information in relation to this incident, are asked to contact Police on 101 quoting reference 430 of 10/11/24.
Police are already investigating two other arsons on Letalian Road, Kilcoo which occurred on Thursday 17th October 2024 and Saturday 19th October 2024 – likewise anybody with any information in relation to these incidents should contact Police on 101 and quote reference 343 of 17/11/24 and 378 of 19/10/24 respectively.
